Principal Accountabilities

1.    Staffing
2.    Recruitment
3.    Training

4.    Communication
5.    Employee Relations and welfare
6.    Performance Management

7.    Any other administrative task.

Knowledge and Experience Required

The candidate for this Role is expected to be in possession of human skill first and foresight and an ability to identify and draw out the best talents, develop and harness them for provide 360 degrees growth for organization and employee. Pertinent experience and skills required include

Experience

§  Implementation of sound HR practices

§  Good industrial relations management
§  Interpersonal and communication skills
§  Analytical skills

Skills

§  Degree in Social sciences and preferably a post graduate diploma in Hr.
§  Soft skills in HRIS applications.

§  Good working knowledge of employment and statutory laws
§  Good problem solving skills
§  Good analytical skills

§  Interpersonal skills.


Preferred Skills

Good psychological knowledge and understanding of human beings. Social skills, Empathy, Understanding and balance of human and business operation needs for optimal growth
