Job Responsibilities
   
 To provide technical and operational support our client base and be the interface between our local offices and the client. To improve relationships of our customers through excellent communication and client contact, conflict handling and service provision. The position will involve:

• Manage clients to develop business through improved communications and raising the perception of the client through the speed and standard of reporting.
• Act as a focal point and mediator for clients during disputes/issues.
• Provide technical support to Intertek operations within EAME for development of clients through improved services in specific areas.
• Oversee corrective Action and Root Cause Analysis of non-conformances, which impact the service levels within the Region, this may also involve travelling to the local offices.
• Attend key industry events to develop customer relations and promote Intertek and its services.
 
   
Job Qualifications
   
 • A good working knowledge of the following would be advantageous, but not essential:
o Databases
o Microsoft Office Suite
• Second language is preferred but not essential
