We are now conducting a search for a LEGAL RECRUITER to assist with the development of our ever-expanding base of clients and candidates and, eventually, to advance to a managerial/partnership role within the company.

Strong preference will be given to candidates residing in Belgium and who:

• have experience as a lawyer or legal recruiter;
• have native level English (additional EU languages a plus);
• have excellent organizational and communication skills;
• have strong IT knowledge;
• are able to develop excellent working relationships with clients and candidates;
• will be able to source the best legal talent on the market;
• can work both independently and as part of a team;
• are self-starters, ambitious and motivated;
• have a sense of humor and a passion for people.
