General Functions
Duties: • The Project Finance Management Advisor will work in close cooperation with the project teams and leaders implementing our client’s projects to ensure successful final completion, through a combination of effective financial management. This shall entail support on project financial tracking and periodic/final report-writing. She will work in close cooperation with the project teams and leaders implementing all the above projects to ensure successful financial tracking, management, and closure of all.
Reporting: • The Project Finance Management Advisor shall report directly to ERPA management for all required tasks.
Essential Experience
Education • Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance • Minimum 10 years general experience • Minimum 5 years specific experience. in administration, financial, logistical, and resource management
Work Experience • Financial Project Management o Deep background in project financial management techniques and software o Deep background with contract management modalities - specifically General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract o Strong experience in the Direct Execution (DEX) and National Implementation (NIM) project implementation modalities are essential o Ability to utilize all of the above thoroughly to existing projects, to reconcile and verify assets and (if applicable) track finances/expenses for multiple aspects/packages of projects • General Project Management o Excellent background (minimum 3 years) providing top-level project management services, preferably on construction/infrastructure projects o Experience in Iraq and required - specifically with General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract for such projects • Construction/Infrastructure o Ability to understand complex itemized technical specifications relating to construction and infrastructure projects, in order to determine the financial implications of these o Ability to liaise with multiple partners including organizational Senior Management, Consultant Engineers, Contractors, and community groups o Understanding of standard Technical Specifications and Bills of Quantities formats as they relate to project financial tracking and reporting o 3 years minimum experience with construction/infrastructure projects, preferably in Iraq

Languages
