The Cyber Federal Account Executive will be responsible for spearheading, directing, and effectively managing the business expansion of company cyber-and IA-related services within the Federal marketplace, for DoD and Federal/Civilian Agencies. This individual will work in conjunction with senior management to execute our strategic business direction and subsequently design and implement business development plans and programs to achieve Cyber growth objectives. This will involve leading the efforts to identify and track new Cyber-related business opportunities, identify strategic partners, and to communicate our core competencies, technologies, and applications to customers. The position will develop and maintain relationships with US Government customers and industry partners and suppliers. Additionally, this position will review current company branding, technical knowledge, certifications, and methodologies for Cyber-focused deals in order to make recommendations for improvement or for adding additional capabilities as appropriate to win and execute Cyber business.

This position will identify Cyber-focused business opportunities, develop capture strategies, and define market initiatives in efforts to develop and secure new Cyber business and expand Cyber and IA work with existing customers. This individual's responsibility will include:
- Lead business development and strategic alliance efforts to establish increased business opportunities within targeted Federal sectors.
- Identify critical technologies for technical staff training and certification in order to be relevant within Cyber initiatives
- Establish and qualify leads within specific government agencies focusing on forging relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Obtain information about opportunities, including: concepts of operation, technologies, program objectives, costs, risks, and acquisition goals.
- Translate customer emerging needs into candidate solutions/opportunities.
- Initiate competitive assessment (competitors, strengths and weaknesses)
- Conduct opportunity briefings and presentations on a technical basis; this includes participating in, and on occasion, leading proposal oral presentations.

Qualifications:
- technical background within the IA and cyber field, as well as a strong background in capture management, proposal writing, and win theme development.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
- Must have relationships with key Government managers and decision makers within one or more DoD or Federal agencies that can facilitate the capture process.
- Possess excellent writing proficiency and the ability to assess RFI/RFP requirements; establish compliant proposal outlines; develop proposal themes, discriminators and ghosts; create and manage a proposal schedule; assign and manage proposal authors/team; and ensure a quality product delivered on time.
- Demonstrated understanding of the DoD acquisition processes (requirements generation, capabilities-based acquisition, funding/budgeting processes).
- Proven record of capturing business for new customers, expanding work for existing customer, directing the capture and proposal efforts for re-competes, and building and qualifying pipeline opportunities.
- Must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance at the Top Secret level or above.
