The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) is a multilateral development bank with a social purpose. Set up on 16 April 1956 in order to bring solutions to the problem of refugees, its scope of action has steadily broadened to include sectors that directly contribute to strengthening social cohesion in Europe. Communication Officer

Reporting to the Head of the"Corporate Responsibility & Studies" Department and under his supervision, the incumbent is responsible for the CEB’s publishing management and contributes to improving the Institution’s communication as a whole.
