Senior Reservation & Ticketing - Group Agent | Qatar Airways | Stockholm
About Your Job:
In this role you will be part of our Group Agent team and continue to ensure that our customers have a five star experience when contacting our Scandinavian office.
You will be handling group requests from agents in Scandinavia, send quotes and confirmations, make reservations and make continuous follow-ups. Your daily work will also contain refunds in BSP-link, coordinating FAM-trips and issue tickets.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need documented experience from IATA and Group Travel. Minimum 2 years experience in a Group environment in an Airline or a Travel Agency. You will also ideally have Airline basic tariff courses. Besides strong Amadeus knowledge, good computer skills are required in this role. You should have excellent English language ability; both verbally and written. You must also be fluent in one of the following languages: Norwegian, Swedish and/or Danish.
You are service-minded, good communicator and have strong ability to maintain a good structure through all of your daily responsibilities.
This position is based in Stockholm and is a full-time temporary employment for approximately 18 months.
