Job Purpose Summary
Sr. Specialist Online Projects is responsible for initiating, studying, analysing, planning, executing, managing, and evaluating online projects based on defined timelines as well as building and managing project teams, reporting to the project sponsor, and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Draw master plan and put budget for all online projects, initiatives, and services
Search and study new online projects and present recommendations
Approach and negotiate service providers on all technical, business, and financial aspects
Draw and implement plans for each new online project, initiative, and service
Run multiple online projects at the same time
Communicate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
Develop reports and conduct presentations for multiple stakeholders
Monitor and manage the master plan updates and report progress
Define requirements and plan online project lifecycle deployment
Define resources and schedules for online projects implementation
Plan and schedule online project deliverables, goals and milestones
Efficiently identify and solve online project issues and complications
Design and maintain project documentation
Define and maintain online projects cost plans
Prepare detailed reports to the Head of Business & Services
Other Responsibilities
Perform other duties relevant to the job as requested by supervisor
Participate and work with task force and special groups
Prepare general reports relevant to the job and submit them to management
Coach and train new employees within the section
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree in computer science, business administration, or relevant fields
Experience: 5 years of professional experience in managing online projects
