Collection Position
Assist with first part auto collections in a fast-paced enviornment working first shift $13.00 hour.
We are looking for people who will work with the debtor to work out payments. This is NOT for hardcore collectors who strong arm and threaten.
Prefer a minimum of two years collections experience.
You will be working with people on sub-prime auto loans. This position is multifaceted. The priority is to take payments from customers over the phone through various payment methods. You will also help to assist getting the payment method in on a timely manner.
Must come to work with HIGH ENERGY! Must have STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS! MUST possess a high level of ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Must be Customer Service DRIVEN! Be ready and EAGER to HELP!
Must have good Data Entry skills and be proficient with computer skills!
