The role:
 
Reporting to the Sales Director who is based in Nules, Spain, the incumbent of this role is responsible for the execution of the sales strategy of the business unit's products in the defined territory: Central & Eastern Europe, Balkans, Baltics, and Russia.
 
Key accountabilities:
  • Responsible for the negotiation of all customer and distributor contracts in the defined countries, not otherwise covered by a key account deal;
  • Maintain relationships with all customers and distributors in order to pro-actively manage contract renewals, and any technical or value in use projects;
  • Delivery of the annual defined territory sales budget covering all RTM products;
  • Responsible for implementing the distributor strategy and ensuring the right network is in place to handle current and new customers; and
  • Responsible for relevant end-use strategy implementation to achieve regional goals.
To succeed in this exciting and challenging role, you must possess a wide range of technical competencies and other skills listed as follows:
  • Bachelor degree in Business or in Technical field or other relevant qualification;
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales and commercial negotiation ideally in a technical and/or industrial field ;
  • Knowledge and experience with customers and distributors in Central and Eastern Europe;
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills as team member and positive attitude ;
  • Ability to think creatively and recognize solutions and opportunities;
  • Project management and ability to drive strategic or technical projects ; and
  • Fluent English speaking and writing is essentialRussian would be a serious asset. Any other Central or Eastern European language is a plus.

This role is based in Frankfurt/Main (local hire, not expatriate) and requires extensive travel(up to 50% of time).
