About Your Job::
In a relatively short time, Qatar Airways has grown to over 120 destinations worldwide, offering unmatched levels of service excellence that have helped excel the award-winning carrier to become best in the world. Our Recruitment Team plays a pivotal role in continuing our success by sourcing the most competent staff from various countries, to ensure the best possible mix of human resources.
It will be your job to support the recruitment of personnel in accordance with the approved manpower plan and valid staff requisitions. You will advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, give selection tests, prepare reports, and make recommendations to management about staff appointments. You will also be responsible to support the development of psychometric and personality development tools, instruments, and sophisticated recruitment based behavioural assessments to enable the company to use best methods in the selection process.
About You::
You will have a degree from a recognized university preferably in psychology or an equivalent professional qualification. A diploma in Personnel Management or Aviation or a related qualification in Recruitment will be an advantage. You will have 3 - 5 years in Human Resources (Recruitment) in large multinational environment preferably in the airline industry. Your proven influencing experience and exposure to HR systems and interviewing techniques will be essential to your success in this role. Your demonstrated experience in managing effective working relationships will help you to work under pressure to defined tight timescales and budget.
