About Your Job:
In this exciting new role you will provide leadership on a strategic and commercial level for all Direct Sales Channels. You will manage and develop IBE sale through digital campaigns, manage the Privilege club, develop QR internet website content and optimise QR visibility for the region. You will keenly support sales activities and social media activities working to achieve database targets as well as supporting and implementing FFP activities. Further to this you will provide support in ecommerce data mining.
You will work to these goals by ensuring effective exploitation of all sales opportunities across QR.com and by transforming the direct experience for our customers working to achieve recognition as one of the leading direct travel propositions.
You will transform the direct experience for our customers and achieve clear recognition for Qatar Airways as one of the leading direct travel propositions, you will ensure this by working closely with the commercial department to ensure alignment of strategy and goals.
Your responsibilities will extend to the Frequent Flyer Program, Privilege club where you will gear campaigns to meeting annual targets as well as achieving extensive and relevant visibility on main social media platforms.
About You:
You will hold a Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years job related experience.
You will have proven commercial skills and business acumen along with a good knowledge of the travel industry. You are able to influence and negotiate effectively as well as the ability to take effective decisions. A strong team player capable of also working independently is required.
Fluent communication ability in English is essential with Arabic as an advantage.
