Requirements

Job Description :
Overall risk management and Financial security of all corporate loans solidarity Group loan and other credit solution
The Director of Credit manages credit insurance for the Bank and ensure that adequate resources of insurance are available to meet client and Bank needs
The Director of Credit manages the quality of the loan portfolio and all credit reports to the Board and BOT are properly prepared.
Using a broad- based knowledge of accounting principle, systems, controls, export trade and international financing, to review and analyze the financial position of customers and assess credit worthiness and risk.
Operations Officer / Supervisor
Requirements : Bachelors Degree/Advanced Diploma in Economics/ Commerce/Business Administration/Accounts from any University or Internationally recognize University or Equivalent qualification
Job Description
: Plan, direct,or coordinate branch activities, Head office departments, such as risk and compliance department and credit department. Monitors debit /ATM frauds and theft issues Monitors Internet Banking transfer daily Oversees bank security and surveillance. serve as main point of contact for after hours security issues.
Oversees and maintain the administration of the Debit and ATM, WESTERN UNION and EXPRESS CARDS.
Marketing Officer
Requirements
: Bachelors Degree/Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or or any related qualification Excellent communication skills(writing and speaking)

: Look for new customer and take over business from competitors Contribute to business growth by meeting sales targets set Maximise business customer experience with MKCB Achieve agreed sales targets by soliciting ew customer and pro actively selling back product Maximise customer experience by meeting their needs expectations Market the Banks products by creating awareness of the Bank and its products to the public
