Job Responsibility:
- Support documentation for daily operation; daily administration of shared file management, including but not limited to filing for label(both hard copy and soft copy), filing for category knowledge cross MCO and historical
- With the guidance of category leader, update the relevant information (mainly actual sales data from finance) in orientation deck, coordinate to collect or update the various regular tracking report, including but not limited to sales report, secondary report, trade stock report, competitor tracking report, etc.
- Prepare and coordinate the logistics for meeting, training, research, tasting, cross-BU sample delivery, etc.

 

Job Requirement:
- Diploma or above, minimum 1 years in related area
- With good communication skills, and prioritization skills
- Result-oriented and Accountability are the basic qualification
