About the role
We are looking for a Business Effectiveness Analyst to join the Business Effectiveness Unit (BEU). The BEU within MSI's International Programmes Department supports on developing and improving operational effectiveness and efficiency in Marie Stopes International support office and also in how we provide support to country programmes.
The main purpose of the Business Effectiveness Analyst is to support the Head of BEU in delivering high calibre tools, processes, information and analysis to support evidence based management decision-making and streamlined, lean and country facing operational effectiveness.
About you
The successful candidate will have:
  •          Experience of managing large data sets and designing Excel solutions
  •          Experience of development and implementation of systems, tools, databases
  •          Experience in writing manual and process documents
  •          High calibre written and verbal communication
  •          The ability to influence senior stakeholders
  •          A pro-choice attitude to abortion
