We are looking for experienced, pro-active Client Service Assistants to join our busy Bristol contact centre.

One Call is our 24 hour, 7 day a week call centre that requires cover from 07.00 to 23.00, overnights and weekends therefore we expect that applicants will take a flexible approach to their working hours and be able to cover day, night and weekend shift patterns.

We provide women, men and couples with support and advice on sexual and reproductive health including family planning, health screening, counselling and pre and post abortion care. Working within One Call is a highly rewarding and challenging environment where you will be providing the first line in support to clients in need of Marie Stopes International’s support.

Day-to-day you will provide exceptional, consistent levels of service to both our clinics and our clients to achieve high levels of satisfaction via the telephone. Remaining non-judgemental and empathetic, you will have a high level of knowledge of the services we can provide, in order to offer full and non-biased information at all times.

As well as providing information, you will be making appointment bookings for our clinics by balancing the client’s needs with appointment availability.

In order to be successful in the role you will have:

• A high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
• An empathetic and unbiased nature (prochoice on abortion)
• Excellent listening skills and telephone manner
• Clear communication style
• Experienced in using various computer systems
• A depth of customer service experience, ideally gained within healthcare either face-to-face or over the telephone
