Description: 1. Participate in and lead contract negotiation of overseas telecommunication projects, lead the negotiation team to reach the negotiation target as the chief negotiator; 2. Formulate negotiation strategies and ensure successful implementation of the strategies; 3. Act as the general representative of the negotiation team to communicate with the clients; 4. Draft contracts and take part in the overall review of contracts to support the decision-making process in contracting stages; 5. Make contribution to the improvement of overall corporate negotiation capability by delivering training on negotiation, negotiation experience sharing, etc. | |||
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, with professional qualifications and experience in international trade and financing, international business law, project management and/or other relevant specialties; 2. Minimum 10 years work experience, with experience in the telecommunications industry or with a major international project contractor company, and equipped with an expert-level understanding of contract terms & conditions; 3. Strong analytical skill with high level of communication and collaboration capabilities plus team spirit; 4. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), bilingual ability preferred. 5. Candidates with rich experience in negotiating large-scale projects are preferred. |
