Impact Hub Amsterdam has been established in 2008 and has recently moved to a bigger location in the Westerpark. The current team consists of 10 people + 20 volunteers and we are growing rapidly.
The job
We are looking for a membership manager. Or we should write “membership & impact manager” You are responsible for the entire process of member attraction, profiling, sign-up, support, impact tracking and exit/alumni. We have defined this role as part recruiter, part curator, part analyst and part matchmaker. You will be working together with various team members and also with our global impact coordinator. You develop and create a structured approach to make the membership flow and the member experience more professional. Next to that, you implement impact measurement within our organization.

The position is for 3 to 4 days a week.
The responsibilities
• Building and maintaining the member recruitment team, database and process
• Improving and developing the member assessment and selection process
• Developing the member sign-up process: creating the member profile template
• Signing up members and administering membership changes
• Providing member support and matchmaking members to our programs and other opportunities
• Coordinating our impact metrics and implementing the measurement process
• Coordinating the annual global member survey
• Coordinating our mentor and investor pools
• Making our annual impact report
• Setting targets for the size and configuration of our community and creating strategies to reach them
• Setting regular reporting of members and membership to the team

• You are an excellent planner and creating structure comes naturally to you
• You enjoy being in a vibrant environment and between people all the time
• You can easily switch between details and the bigger picture
• You have high standards and you take pleasure in always looking for improvement
• You are comfortable in Dutch and English
• You are time-conscious and you’re hardly ever late

The experience we are looking for
• WO+
• Experience in handling business processes, creating spreadsheets and surveys
• Experience with recruitment, consulting, analysis, customer relationships, matchmaking, entrepreneurship
• Having previous experience at a management consulting firm or similar is a plus!
