Application Management Lead - System21 Finance

Introduction
The Application Management Lead – System 21 will be responsible for the management of the dedicated process area in an international framework on a day to day basis and all supported environments of A & IS Solutions / Applications to a large community of Sandvik business users within a customer focused environment.
The Role
Some of the main responsibilities include:
  • Manage high severity production issues, through to successful resolution, in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Create and maintain support documents to enhance competency and efficiency.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to level 2 application support.
  • Identifies and monitors trends related to production application issues.
  • Responsible for problem management and emergency changes.
  • Support the Service Level Agreement process
  • Manages smooth and thoroughly transition of new solutions / applications and implementation projects into service operations
Your Profile
The successful candidate will:
  • Have extensive professional experience supporting ERP system in a similar position and managing support calls, incident calls, root cause analysis and providing solutions.
  • Be experienced in formal change and release management processes.
  • Be able to delegate and allocate tasks and work within a team.
  • Possess excellent problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Be keen to work in a Global and common framework.
  • Have solid project management experience.
  • Excellent understanding of the key finance business processes for the area of expertise
  • Sound ITIL L3 Expert service transition and operations Skills
  • Excellent finance application knowledge and support skills in the Infor System21 Aurora ERP system
  • Sound business process and application knowledge for surrounding process areas
  • Qualified to ITIL L3 Expert or hands on experience working to ITIL process
