German-speaking Member Support Coordinator for Coffee, Cocoa, Tea
As a Member Support Coordinator you will be responsible for support business partners along the supply chain (e.g. roasters, manufacturers, packers, traders and retailers), proactively approaching them and giving advice to assure compliance with all standards, policies and other requirements of UTZ Certified. Relationship management and customer satisfaction are guiding principles in this work. Your main focus is providing back office support to German clients: from answering questions on the implementation certification to processing labeling approvals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide information to clients on the implementation of certification, traceability and labelling requirements
• Support the regional Market Development Managers and global account leaders
• Process labeling approvals for coffee/cocoa/tea products
• Support members in their communication towards consumers
• Manage content on the UTZ Certified Training Centre
• Provide training and webinars to members of the UTZ Certified program
• Develop business support materials
• Medium/small scale project management
• Provide information to clients on the implementation of certification, traceability and labelling requirements

The Member Support Coordinator will report to the Member Support Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in International Business or a related field.
• German native speaker and fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations management (account management, customer service or similar).
• Experience in food industry, FMCG or retail is considered a plus as well as experience or affinity with Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Accuracy, problem solving, customer service orientation
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Proactive, hands-on

Employment is based upon 32 - 40 hours/week. The position is based in Amsterdam and implies occasional travel. This position is open to applicants of all nationalities, however, we can only consider candidates who have, may get or do not need a work and residency permit for the Netherlands.
