Service Administrator – Parts & Services

Job description:
We are looking for a candidate for the position of Service Administrator within Compressor Technique Service (CTS) operations team. The geographical area of responsibility includes United Arab Emirates and you will report to Operations Manager – Parts & Services. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the service team during their daily service operations. You will also play an important role in developing and maintaining our local ERP system and business intelligence applications to support the service business. Main responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:- To master service administration related activities- To closely cooperate with the Service Planner and to substitute planning function if and when required- To make sure service agreement administration related activities are executed proactively and accurately- To perform service invoicing- To perform local purchasing activities- To maintain up-to-date customer contact and installed base details in local ERP system- To make sure Net Promoter Score customer surveys are sent in timely manner to correct end customer contact persons- To perform business travel and practical service operations related tasks for the operations team- To establish timely and accurate reporting and analysis methods to support service operations development- Other duties as required

Experience requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in working as an assistant for a group of people or as a personal assistant- Proven experience in working with ERP systems and MS Office applications- Experience with working as part of service supply chain, preferably with operational focus

Knowledge:
- PC literate and professional with MS Office applications- Good command of English both written and oral

Educational requirements:
- Administrative and/or marketing degree or similar through experience
