Industrial Policy Advisor

The successful candidate will have:

• University degree e.g. in political/social sciences, economics, law; or equivalent professional development in a trade union;
• 5 years of relevant professional experience in industrial and social labour issues gained within a trade union, association or similar at national or EU level;
• Good understanding of and practical experience with workers’ representation and organisation in a challenging environment (e.g. ‘casualisation’ of workforce, outsourcing, etc.). General understanding of social policy, EU decision-making and aviation are a plus.
• Fluent in English. French & a 3rd EU language a bonus.
