Service Technician (Tools and Assembly Systems)
Job description:
The key responsibilities include:- Full responsibility for the Business management & development of Industrial Power Tools Service business Air & Electric( wrenches, nutrunners, screwdrivers, multiple nutrunners, quality assurance equipments, grinders, drills, rivet guns, percussive tools, air line accessories. air motor, air hoists) in Pakistan - Maintenance - Installation & start up- To book and report service orders- To hold service training sessions - Actively support the preparation and delivery of weekly & monthly business reports and presentations to Company, Business review and executive meetings.- The successful candidate will be part of Service team of Atlas Copco Pakistan and reports to the General Manager and HQ - To make planning in order to have efficient marketing event like seminars, participation in exhibition …etc- Close interaction with sales department to develop sales and service business
Mission:
- To promote service products in a way to lead service contract with high potential service customers- To give high quality maintenance in shortest time to those customers needs service when the tools break down
Experience requirements:
- Proven 3-5 years experience in service preferably in Industrial Power Tools Business or similar business- Excellent technical talent in term of maintenance and trouble-shooting - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge:
- Mechanical engineering/technician with good knowledge of electronics- Good knowledge in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power point.- Very good command in English is a must.
Educational requirements:
High School diploma (DAE) required with technical training in mechanical and/or electrical.
Personality requirements:
- Self motivated and results oriented.- To have can-do & self-going & aggressive attitude- Willing to travel across the country- Ambitious for quick and significant business development and promotion
