Main Purpose of the Job
�
Conducting
personal selling by soliciting customers outside the branch and convince them
to open accounts
�
Identifying new markets (potential) for new
business
�
Promoting and selling the bank’s products and
service
�
Cross-selling of bank’s products with TPB POPOTE
�
Undertaking
any other duty as may be assigned by his/her team leader - Sales
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
required:
Education: Form
Four Leavers/Diploma/Degree Holders
Experience: Added
advantage

Skills /
Attributes:Aggressiveness Resilience and resourcefulness Strong influencing
skills Performance orientation
High
level of interpersonal skills
Strong commercial acumen Knowledge of Tanzanian
customs and banking products.
