For our Head Office in Amsterdam we are looking for a Change Manager ICT astrong communicator with energy and drive.

As Change Manager ICT it will be your responsibility that the upgrade of the basic IT structure and the implementation of a shared information platform (SharePoint) is adopted and successful. In close cooperation with the experts of our business partner Microsoft – who’ll take care of the technical realization - you will develop communication and training plans and design tools that create buy-in and smoothen the deployment of Office2010 and Windows 7 in both Head Office and our field offices. You will lead the development of a shared information platform by and with the users, and make sure that the implementation and roll-out is a success for all people at War Child.

Key responsibilities

• Composing, implementing, follow through and evaluation of roll-out IT basic Infrastructure
• Taking the lead in the adoption change processes and responsibility for the implementation of these changes within the organization;
• Design / development and pilot of Information Sharing Platform (Sharepoint);
• Roll-out / implementation of Sharepoint.

Your profile
As the ideal candidate you had a Business or Change Management education on academic level and a clear vision on the role of change management within an international NGO like War Child. To succeed in this challenging job you need to have at least 3 years experience in changing business processes or producing communication or training plans. Of course you have an affinity with IT and information management. Strong communication skills and well developed organization sensitivity are key, and above all the energy and drive to get everyone on board and into the 21^st century. Fluency in Dutch and English required (verbal and written)
