This post in temporary for 12 months in the first instance

£25,251 - £27,578 pa (pro rata for part-time)

An experienced Equality Trainer is required to support the University of Wolverhampton and Wolverhampton City Council to up-skill all their staff on equality issues.

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience with a professional training qualification/experience, you must have detailed knowledge of equality legislation together with the necessary communication, interpersonal, negotiation and IT skills to have designed and delivered effective, and accessible training around equality and diversity issues.

A detailed understanding and knowledge of cultural awareness and how large public sector organisations operate will be essential to enable you to work effectively in the two partner organisations.
