ActionAid is a campaigning organization; we exist to fight poverty and injustice. We’re looking for someone to join our new campaigns team to lead our work in inspiring, enabling, connecting and growing our supporters.

The Global Engagement Manager will sit at the heart of our international advocacy and campaigns team and will be responsible for developing and delivering the global engagement strategy. You must have good working knowledge of public mobilization - on and offline - and be able to support ActionAid in the growth and engagement of our supporter-base, delivering ambitious new international mobilisation targets, promoting attitude and belief change, while supporting building ActionAid’s identify and profile.

The Global Engagement Manager will build and align three areas of engagement – online, youth, and campaigns communications, and manage three respective coordinating posts. This post will sit at the heart of our international campaigns and advocacy team, whilst playing a critical role working coordinating across different ActionAid departments and across the ActionAid International membership, in delivering our goals.
