Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist

International development firm is seeking qualified candidates for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist positions to work on long- and short-term consulting on overseas contract in Latin America. The M&E Specialist must possess relevant expertise and experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), and an expertise in:

• Economics
• Climate Change
• Nutrition
• Business Administration
• Geographic Information Systems
• Database Systems
• Natural Resource
• Environment
• Knowledge Management
• Grants Management

The following specific qualifications are required for the assignment:

• 8+ years in any fields mentioned above, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for international development programs; • Must have demonstrated technical expertise, ample field of experience, and relevant technical background in evaluating rural development programs, nutrition, and the environment. • Advanced degree in relevant fields mentioned above; • Oral and written fluency in English and Spanish; • Experience working on program/project management and monitoring and evaluations for USAID-funded development programs desired, but not required. • Must have demonstrated abilities in program/project results monitoring and reporting.
