SENIOR LECTURER IN BUSINESS RESEARCH METHODS & STATISTICS

Qualifications:
PhD in Business Administration, Statistics or in a relevant Social Science discipline.

Experience:
Considerable teaching at the University level or in research administration in industry. A good record of research and publications. Graduate student supervision.

Special Expertise:
Ability to use the various statistical packages such as SPSS and LISREL and AMOS. Ability to teach both Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods up to the PhD level. Expertise in Multivariate Statistics including Structural Equation Modelling.

Responsibilities:
To spearhead teaching and curriculum development in the area of Research Methodology in furtherance of the development of the Department‘s Graduate degree programme and research productivity.

Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Commitment to the Vision and Mission of the Department.
