INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY (ICT) CONSULTANT

The University of Missouri is seeking an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) consultant to assist USAID, Bureau for Africa, USAID/AFR. The consultant will assist USAID/AFR in implementing the ICT strategy, including the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of ICT activities in sub-Saharan Africa as well as the use of ICT applications to improve the impact of USAID economic growth and agriculture projects.

The work could be based in any location, but if not in Washington, D.C., would require periodic trips to Washington as well as short-term work assignments in sub-Saharan African countries. It is anticipated that this consultancy will require approximately 180 days over the next 12 months with the potential for renewal, contingent on the availability of funds and performance. Compensation will be at the daily rate of $340--$440, based on qualifications and compensation history.
