Job Purpose:

Formulate and articulate social sector policy and strategies, engaging Pacific Developing Member Country (DMC) governments in policy dialogue, and conducting ADB’s activities to support social sector policy and reforms, with a primary focus on technical vocational education and training (TVET), as well as public resource management for TVET, and achievement of millennium development goals (MDGs). Identify, develop, implement and administer loans, Technical Assistance (TA) projects, and non-lending products and services (NLPS) in TVET.
