Afghan Wireless Corporate Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Prepare proposal/RFQ/BID for Postpaid, Prepaid, BlackBerry, E � top � up or any other special business for the customer and proposed it accordingly.
- Updating Salesforce.com Corporate relationship Management integrated software for
- Customer profile; Sales lead and closing and generate customized reports. Collate and compile corporate internal daily sales report on daily basis.
- Ensuring close monitor SIM replacement, Billing queries, Service modification to concern department like Billing, SAF, HLR & Finance department for providing best after sales experience to the customer.
- Ensure close monitoring payment reconciliation/Accounts receivable from the Finance Dept to customers.
- Closely monitor corporate retention team daily activities for fixing meeting, pipelines, sales lead and prospects.
- Closely monitoring SAF filling up and submission for corporate sales team.
- Develop right strategy for corporate retention team for email, call � out, survey, corporate give away.
- Customer visit for customer billing dispute, to delivered and demonstrate new product and service.
- Special Project Management � Initiate and coordinate with VAS, Revenue assurance, IN and other concern department for special project like Bulk SMS, SMS Broadcast, SMS Banking, Short/Long code project etc.
- Ensure proper development of team members through on the job training, coaching, guidance etc. to ensure sales personnel development.
Requirements:
- MINIMUM 6 years work experience required. Please do not apply if you have less than that.
- Preferable for Huawei, NSN & GSM mobile operators
