Our port facilities consist of three shipping terminals located on the Pilbara coast at Dampier and Cape Lambert which form an essential part of our logistics process. Each terminal has facilities for train unloading, iron ore stockpiling, product blending and ship loading. Current expansion works at Cape Lambert will underpin an increase of our system capacity to 353 million tonnes per annum.

We are seeking a Supply Support Coordinator to join our expanding team, where you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the Maintenance and Operations team whilst ensuring the availability of material on time
  • Liaising with Schedulers, Supervisors and Maintainers for ordering parts, follow up, modification and disposal in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
  • Reviewing stock, attending planning meetings and coordinating with planners, vendors and transport companies
  • Performing materials readiness review for specific shutdowns and maintenance work.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a Mechanical Maintainer trade qualification along with possession of High Risk and Heavy Rigid license. You will be proactive, assertive and independent in your approach with sound computer knowledge. Additionally, your working knowledge of SAP within the supply or maintenance background will be considered advantageous.
