Our port facilities consist of three shipping terminals located on the Pilbara coast at Dampier and Cape Lambert which form an essential part of our logistics process. Each terminal has facilities for train unloading, iron ore stockpiling, product blending and ship loading. Current expansion works at Cape Lambert will underpin an increase of our system capacity to 353 million tonnes per annum.

We are seeking a Marine Contract Supervisor to join our expanding team, where you will be responsible for:
  • Sourcing, negotiating and managing contractor relationship
  • Undertaking negotiation for the establishment and review of contracts
  • Ensuring that activities undertaken by contractors are managed in a safe and cost effective manner
  • Reviewing and updating key result areas and performance objectives for contractors and ensuring the maintenance of comprehensive records for contract selection.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a Western Australian ‘C’ class driver’s license and be logical and flexible in your approach with strong negotiation skills. Your sound computer knowledge and demonstrated experience in managing strategic working relations will be advantageous. Additionally, your Contract Management System (CMS) and supervisory experience within the marine or mining sector will ensure your success in this role.
