Commercial Specialist Roche
As a Commercial Specialist, you will manage quoting & contracting information in our IT systems used for the quoting & contracting activities. By translating our business needs into our IT systems you will support our Sales teams.
- You ensure the deal entry of complex deals and you support the sales team by providing guidance to ensure that these deals are win-win agreements for both the customer and Roche.
- You ensure the optimal usability of “Global Deal Calculation” and of the contract monitoring database by ensuring completeness, accuracy, uniformity, availability and coherence
- You bring structure in the large amount of information and you organise a periodic reporting to the business and make it available to the stakeholders, which allows an insight in the financial consequences of the decisions
- You support and advise the Sales departments how to supervise the monitoring of signed contracts

- You are curious, observer, analytical and you have a strong understanding of figures and data;
- You are graduated as Bachelor or Master(sciences or biomedical);
- You have an experience in a clinical laboratory in management of systems and products;
- You like to work with MS Office package. An advanced level is required for Excel;
- Languages: Dutch, French and English;
- 2 up to 3 years experience in a similar job is an asset;
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
