Requirements: • Postgraduate, tertiary qualification with proven working experience in leadership positions, within the sphere of Water and Sanitation Projects • Extensive experience in Local, Provincial and National Government spheres • Understanding of requite legislation in water and sanitation, as well as broad comprehension of urban planning, human settlements planning, township formations, urbanisation dynamics, including management of towns and cities.

Duties: • Develop a Sanitation Master Plan that will form part of their Water and Water and Sanitation Master Plan for SIP18 • Work with both Departments of Human Settlements and Water Affairs in realising this objective • Work with Provincial Departments of Human Settlements and COGTA, including various Metros and Municipalities in order to acquire the settlements/townships and infrastructure planning data.
