Health specialists Jordan


Chemonics seeks senior-level health specialists for long- and short-term assignments for an anticipated USAID-funded health communications project in Jordan. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world. We seek specialists to develop and implement technical activities in areas including the following:
  • Behavior change communications
  • Maternal and child health
  • Family planning/reproductive health
  • Public-private partnerships
  • Monitoring and evaluation
  • Policy and advocacy
  • Community mobilization
Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in public health, social sciences, or equivalent years of work experience
  • Minimum seven years of experience in a relevant field
  • Experience interacting with government agencies, national counterparts, and international donor agencies, preferably USAID
  • Strong writing and oral presentation skills
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills required
  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
  • Fluency in English required and Arabic capability ​preferred
