As a Powerplant Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the area of powerplant installation to the Certification Teams.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Verifying demonstrations provided by applicants for compliance with applicable airworthiness requirements;
  • Ensuring maintenance of Powerplant Systems safety standards;
  • Providing advice in the development and application of interpretation of existing requirements and new airworthiness requirements;
  • Providing expertise for policy and requirement development and interpretation in the Powerplant discipline.

You should have:

  • A completed university degree or professional training in a related field;
  • Proven work experience of at least 2 years in the field of Powerplant and Fuel Systems design or certification;
  • Knowledge of EASA regulatory environment;
  • A good command of written and spoken English.
You must be a national of a EU member state, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland.
