Advisory Senior Manager / Executive Director (public sector)

Our client is a global leader in professional services.  With continued growth in its business and a drive to grow their Advisory presence in the Caribbean, they want to hire someone to lead public sector Advisory work in Trinidad, then leveraging this work and the firm’s credentials in other parts of the Caribbean.

The individual could be hired at Senior Manager or Executive Director level, and will most likely have a performance improvement focus in relation to projects involving Government often with donor agency involvement.  You will play a critical role in identifying, winning and delivering performance improvement projects for Government entities. 

You will ideally be well networked into Government at the Ministerial and Executive levels, and will have professional credentials in advisory / consulting work possibly from professional services or related fields.  You will also have the stature to command a level of respect and authority in the Caribbean market. 

Based in Trinidad, the engagement will be a full time permanent one, and you will be expected to travel as required throughout the Caribbean as the business grows and market credentials can be leveraged.
