With experience in a senior executive support role and well developed admin skills you are just the person we are looking for at ActionAid. We are looking for a great Administrator/PA to support our Director of Fundraising and his/her team to help them work more effectively.

As Administrator you will help manage and prioritise the Director’s workload as well as coordinate logistics from scheduling and preparing meetings to answering calls and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also take and circulate minutes, handle correspondence, manage diaries and prepare reports to help ensure the team runs smoothly. In addition you will support the Events & Community Fundraising team providing event support and volunteer coordination as needed. In this varied role you will also get involved in ad hoc projects that will help support our aim of delivering long-term and sustainable change in the lives of the poorest people in our world.

It is essential that you have experience of providing office and PA support to senior level managers as well as well-developed communication, admin and coordination skills. In addition, you must be good with people, work well as part of a team and be comfortable meeting multiple deadlines. Happy in a busy environment you will be able to work on your own initiative, have an eye for detail, strong PC skills and the confidence to make changes to improve processes. You will also possess some experience of events and community fundraising.
