Digital communications are crucial tools in the ongoing drive to attract and engage youth audiences and as Youth Digital & Mobilisation Officer you will help us reach out to young people in a way that is fun and relevant to their lifestyle. You will plan and deliver digital communications in order to mobilise young people to support ActionAid’s campaigns.
A highly skilled writer, you will have a marked ability to communicate with youth audiences as well as substantial experience writing digital communications, including e-newsletters and blogs. Well versed in planning and implementing social media strategies your thorough understanding of youth audience segmentation will be complemented by a practical knowledge of how digital technologies are used by young people. With an eye for detail, you will be comfortable meeting deadlines and prioritising activities as well as willing to take the initiative to get things done when needed.
