Directors and Division Heads Jobs

The Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), a member of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group, is a multilateral financial institution based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

In order to reinforce its team of highly competent professionals, ICD is seeking:

• IDB1503 - Director, Monitoring and Evaluation: Candidate must have at least 12-15 years of experience of which 8-10 years must be in formulating and driving post evaluation work, this role is responsible for developing a mechanism/framework to measure and monitor the development impact of various projects and presenting the evaluation reports to the board and senior management.
• IDB1507 - Director, Risk Management: Candidate must have 12-15 years of relevant experience; this role is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive risk policy framework and strategy, in addition to developing risk management processes.
• IDB1268 - Division Head, Line of Finance: Candidate must have at least 8 years of experience; the role is responsible for improving and strengthening the Small and Medium Enterprise’s (SME) access to financing in member countries through structuring financial agreements & lending programs with partner FIs in accordance with ICD’s risk principles. The role further ensures that lines are maintained and adequately extended to end users thereby achieving the desired development impact coupled with ROI maximization.
• IDB1509 - Division Head , Institutional Equities: Candidate must have at least 8 years of experience in investment related activates, this role is responsible for leading and supervising the overall investment cycle including: project identification and selection decision, due diligence process, creating frameworks for ensuring effective portfolio management & successful exits. The role further provides corporate finance & advisory services to portfolio FIs with an aim to build self-sustainability and develop them as future channel partners.
