Duties
AusAID's Information Services Branch is seeking a person with strong leadership skills and ability to effectively lead a dedicated team responsible for the provision of ICT services and support to AusAID staff in Canberra and overseas. The Director, ICT Service and Support will be the central point of contact for ICT operational activities, taking responsibility for ICT service delivery support and management based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. The position is an integral member of the ISB management team and plays an important role in providing structure, support and direction to a team of ICT professionals. 

Eligibility / Other Requirements
Candidates must be Australian citizens. This is a security assessed role and the successful candidate will be required to either have, or be able to obtain, a security clearance at Negative Vetting 1 level.
