Business Coordinator for MSRP (Peoplesoft)
UNHCR has selected Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise suite as its ERP and is currently running several applications that are no longer supported by the vendor. The organization is now preparing to upgrade and consolidate the Financials / Supply Chain, Treasury Management, Enterprise Resource Planning environments to version 9.2, redesigning the processes or replacing the module(s) currently used and/or introducing new one(s). The project will involve significant re-engineering of functional processes. It will involve subject matter experts across the different divisions and will impact interrelated processes.
In this context UNHCR is seeking a Business Coordinator (Finance) to manage the flow of information between workgroups, identify areas requiring involvement of multiple stakeholders, ensure that interdependencies between modules are addressed during the PeopleSoft Upgrade project, and provide additional systems expertise as needed. This document outlines the organization’s expectations for this role.
