Job Summary
Cardno is seeking an Application Developer who will be responsible for building, modifying and supporting various applications within the Cardno environment.
Location preference (in no particular order): Lafayette, LA Clearwater or Riverview, FL Houston, TX Portland, OR
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
>All phases of the SDLC may be required on projects.
>Interact with end users and system owners for scope development, development activities primarily within .NET and Sharepoint as well as SQL database creation and maintenance will be required.
>Assist with system testing, documentation (both code documentation and end user materials)
>Provide training assistance may be needed.

Basic Qualifications:
>High school diploma.
>Bachelor of Science in Information Technology strongly preferred.
>3 - 5 years of experience.
>Proficiency in .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and XML.
>Experience with SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint designer 2007, exposure to SharePoint 2013.
>Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
>Experience with Sharepoint (development & administration), IIS and web services as well as Project Management, SQL Server integration,.
>.NET and other programming languages desired.
>Strong SQL query and stored procedure skills are a plus.
>Microsoft Developer certification preferred.
