Bulmer Harvest Cidery part of the larger CUB/ SAB Miller Brewery is a world leader in its field of manufacturing and marketing high quality beverage brands.
We currently have an opening for a Cider Maker to work in our multi-skilled cider brewing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified or well experienced winery / cellar hand to join our Bulmer Harvest team. This position is approximately a 5 day a week role, with 6:30am-7:30am starts, depending on the season of the year.
You possess a high work ethic and a genuine desire to work and achieve as part of a team. Day to day you will be completing general Cellar hand duties such as, beginning ferments, blending product, cleaning tanks and basic laboratory testing. Similarly you will be responsible for completing accurate documentation regarding HACCP and quality control.
To be successful applicants should ideally have/ or be able to obtain a Confined Space Certificate, Approved Chemical Handlers certificate and a current Drivers Licence.
Harvest Cidery has been making some of New Zealand's most recognisable, and awarded, ciders in sun drenched Gisborne for the last 25 years. These include Harvest, Scrumpy and Bulmers ciders.
