As an integral part of the Brewery the Site Security Manager leadsthe Security function which consists of a group of 12 security guards whom workeither a 5 or 7 day roster. This team ensures the safety and security of employees,visitors and the brewery is paramount.
This is a rare opportunity to be intrinsically involved and partof a global business in a period of change and improvement across this complex bondedsite with multi entrances and exits and high volume of traffic.
We are looking for a high calibre professional with experience ata senior level managing a similar type of site and team from either a Security,Policing or Armed Forces background. Well versed in managing People, Budgets, Shiftrostering, CCTV, Fire Panels and Access Control. You pride yourself on beingable to navigate in a calm collegial manner, ensuring your team has a clearline of sight of the business outcomes.
