Huawei enterprise products and solutions are new business area including IT, CT and relevant solutions for industries. Huawei R&D Competence Center is a group functional organization and responsible for company level R&D competence and efficiency improvement, including E2E product development process, method and tools and key technologies. This position reports to the director of System Engineering Dept of R&D Competence Center in HQ and R&D Competence Center Branch in Futurewei, will act us senior advisor and consultant for IT and consumer product R&D process and method and tools, and efficiency improvement for HQ R&D organization best on industry best practice. Responsibilities The main responsibilities of this position is to guide the situation and status analysis, best practice analysis, gap analysis and improvement solution suggestion, improvement pilot implementation for Huawei IT & consumer business groups, with respect to product development mode,e2e product management and information management, e2e R&D tools and related collaboration with IT system: · Present situation and status analysis, working with Huawei team. · Best practice analysis of industry TOP best company. · Gap analysis based on Huawei present situation and best practice. · Providing improvement roadmap, implementation strategy and planning. · To be coach for the pilot project for a certain improvement planning. · To be involved in Huawei System Engineering Dept business planning and related projects · Act as an internal consultant to create and deliver technical workshops and influence critical product development methodology decisions via face to face meetings in China Qualifications · At least 20 years R&D management or consulting experience in IT or consumer product industry, good experience on IT or consumer product e2e development process, method and tools · Very good experience on driving R&D efficiency improvements in large telecom company for company level or one business unit scope · Good communication and documentation skills, good team working and problem solving skills, demonstrated ability to be mentor in training people Related prerequisite • Design and delivery of technical workshops
