Key responsibilities: The Head of Programs for the Andean Region is responsible for leading the planning, development and management of Cuso International LAC’s programs and operations in Andean countries. The Head of Programs also contributes to raising the profile of Cuso International in this geographic area, networking with key individuals, organizations and institutions and ensuring Cuso International is contributing to relevant policies, debates on best development practice (advocacy), and be proactive in identifying and pursuing opportunities for the program’s growth including potential partnerships, funding and events of interest.
