We are seeking a
Project Manager (f/m)
for the conceptual development and technical implementation of our start-up online donation platform UNITED. Via UNITED, users around the world will be able to learn about and directly donate to streetfootballworld and its network members. The position is set to begin April 1st 2012 and will be located in our office in Berlin-Moabit.
Your responsibilities:
• Overall oversight of UNITED project, including: team management of internal staff members and external consultants, coordination with sub-contractors
• Independent budgetary oversight and reporting to head of department and CEO
• Lead strategic development in the areas of business growth and on- and offline marketing, including: revenue generation, PR and social media, leveraging corporate and football-related partnerships (B2B sales and marketing cooperation)
• Acquire and manage relations with partners and investors
• Drive website development, including: conceptualisation, coordination with designers and programmers, evaluation of user feedback
• Ensuring alignment with overall streetfootballworld strategy
Your profile:
• University degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years work experience, with at least 1 year in managing Internet-based businesses or projects
• Experience with business plan development, website conceptualisation and social media marketing is expected
• Experience in leading intercultural team management appreciated
• Experience with online fundraising, social development and/or CSR programmes, a plus
• Basic skills in PHP and Drupal, a plus
• Language skills: high proficiency in English and German required, fluency in Spanish a plus

We are offering a one-year contract with the possibility of extension at fair compensation subject to your qualifications and professional experience. Also, you can expect an international, open-minded culture that provides space for individual development.
